No shows and cancellations within 12 hours are charged as completed sessions. We do this to respect the teacher's time. They save the slot for you and if it's cancelled with under 12 hours of notice, the teacher isn't able to fill that slot with another student.
Just a note! For unlimited sessions membership, we charge a $10 fee for no shows or for a cancellation with less than 12 hours notice.
